After searching online I found the problem was likely the temperature sensor, electronic control or a wiring problem. I am a veterinarian with absolutely no electronic training but enjoy solving problems and the service call itself was $95. I replaced the temperature sensor for $20 and did not fix the problem. I'm pretty handy with DIY projects but when it comes to one I've never done, I like a little coaching. I followed appliance parts pro YouTube video which made it a breeze. I had my son helping as I didn't want to break the glass. I made sure all the pieces of glass from the old panel were cleaned out (even did some spring cleaning on oven while it was dismantled). New panel slid in easily, put the top bracket back on a voila oven was fixed. All it took was a screwdriver and about 15 mins. Read more
