I removed the bottom drawer, took the two screws out of the bottom of the drawer, slid the top of the stainless steel panel up behind the pull handle trim. ( which I also replaced with a part from appliance parts pros just last year) And installed the bottom trim to keep the panel tightly in place. Reinstalled the bottom drawer. Read more

After searching online I found the problem was likely the temperature sensor, electronic control or a wiring problem. I am a veterinarian with absolutely no electronic training but enjoy solving problems and the service call itself was $95. I replaced the temperature sensor for $20 and did not fix the problem.
