After searching online I found the problem was likely the temperature sensor, electronic control or a wiring problem. I am a veterinarian with absolutely no electronic training but enjoy solving problems and the service call itself was $95. I replaced the temperature sensor for $20 and did not fix the problem. I replaced the hinges a while back, but they were the wrong hinges. The stainless steel model uses different hinges, and I did not know that. When Iooked for the part on the website, I noticed there are different hinges, so I bought the right part. Installation was very easy, and the door now closes properly. The wife's very happy to have the oven fixed. Thanks, guys! Read more
