I want to thank you. I was convinced that I needed a new run capacitor until talking to your rep on the phone. After describing the symptoms he suggested that I needed a new relay. He gave me info on how to meter the cap and it checked out fine. I ordered the new relay it has fixed the problem. The old one was definitely shot as I could hear it guts rattle around after I removed it. Now I don't need to buy a new freezer. That makes me happy. Thank you! Read more

The most difficult task was determining which gasket I needed. Once I decided which to order, I placed the order, received the gasket (which did take some time and ingenuity to straighten), and then installed the gasket. Researched the condition on line and realized it might not be the thermostat ( which is what I first replaced) but it could be the anticipator. I found the necessary part on your web site (less than $10.00) , ordered it, it came in 3 days and I've been running just perfectly since. Read more
