Changed the evaporator fan cover. I was told it comes with the fan motor and it did not so I had to order a fan motor. Then I found the fan wire harness was corroded and broken. I also installed an aluminum tab on the heater element that extends down the drain hole. I also had to clean the back of the fridge and unclog the two drain tubes on the back of the fridge next to the compressor and now it works fine.
