We ordered the hooks for the shelf that had replaceable hooks. And we ordered the bottom shelf called "Pick off Shelf." The Pick off Shelf was just a replaceable shelf and was no problem. The shelf with the hooks wasn't as easy, but that's because we aren't very "savvy" when it comes to fixing things that come with no directions. The "friendly stories" that were at the bottom of each part that we ordered told the experiences of folks. That was very helpful. We persevered and fixed it. ... Read more
