Well, I thought, "huh," and began to investigate. I pulled the fridge out and looked around and I couldn't really figure it out, then I looked at this thin aluminum tray that's bolted to the top of a compressor, the "Evap Tray." First replaced start capacitor but that did not work, the start kit which has a relay and overload protector is what was needed. The relay is actually the only part that was bad I believe.
