This turned out to be a very complicated repair ONLY because the wires that attached to the very far end of the broil element came detached inside and behind the wall of the oven. It is one step this side of impossible to fish the wires out and reconnect them to the new element. This would be a very easy job PROVIDED that you do not allow the two wires that connect to the element to become detached inside the rear oven wall. Read more
The touch control glass panel serves as the user interface for cooktop controls, typically located at the front edge of the cooking surface. Replace when the touch controls don't respond, the glass is cracked or scratched, or the display is dim or malfunctioning.
I ordered what was recommended by a local repairman. When the part arrived, it was for a single oven. I called APP and was given the correct part to order.
