Ordered the full hinge piece and an extra bushing. Was able just to slide the dishwasher forward a bit, lift the right side hinge off its seat and pop in the new bushing without disassembling. Fixed! I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time.
