Ordered the full hinge piece and an extra bushing. Was able just to slide the dishwasher forward a bit, lift the right side hinge off its seat and pop in the new bushing without disassembling. Fixed! I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time. There are longer screws, 022 on your diagram, that fit the UPPER three holes in the dishwasher door frame. I ordered a new front panel and handle for my dishwasher to coordinate with the new stove and refrigerator. I watched the online video and it looked simple. We received the panel in great shape. We installed it in about 15 minutes. The only problem was the screws for the new handle. We did not realize that the new handle was closer to the door than the old handle so the old screws were too long. Secures panels, brackets, and trim pieces inside your dishwasher. Replace this fastener if stripped, missing, or damaged to restore tight assembly.
First I removed the three screws thathold in the trim and thought that the piece would just pop out. I was wrong. I had to remove the front door cover in order to remove the trim piece. Once removed the new piece snapped right into place. Screwed the front panel back on, and then replaced the three screws that hold the trim piece in. Time it took was about 20 minutes after I figured out how to go about it. All in all it was a fairly simple job. Read more
