I did a live chat on the Bosch website explaining my issue. I thought it might be a timer or similar part. The live person explained that it would be the control module, as there is not a "timer" on this unit. So, I ordered the part right then and it arrived two days later along with installation instructions and a document stating that this part was part of a recall.
