Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Rusty tine inserts on upper rack of Bosch dishwasher.   Cindy H. • Angleton , TX • July 25, 2023

I searched for the parts and found a good price on AppliancePartsPros.com. Although they charge for shipping, that was offset by the lower prices. There was a glitch in ordering one of the two parts online, but when I called for assistance, the agent took my order by phone. She told me delivery would be in 3 to 6 business days, but I received one part the next day and one the day after that - Saturday and Sunday at that! Installation should have been a breeze, but my husband couldn’t figure out... Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Bosch dishwasher flooding after freeze.   Harold R. • Leander , TX • March 02, 2021

This was not my first rodeo have repaired our appliances and those of our daughters for years, have ordered parts from this site several times. We had a cold spell in Texas, as you may have heard. We weathered it okay but left the dishwasher closed on one of the colder nights, woke up to water on the floor in the kitchen. Turned off the supply line, shut off the dishwasher power, bailed out the bottom, and mopped up. Had a fair idea of what the cause was, checked a few websites, watched some... Read more

Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You Washing cycle was getting longer and longer   Donald W. • Avon , IN • August 21, 2020

Replaced the turbidity sensor. I watched the video on how to replace the sensor. It took me a little longer than what service rep. said. But I finely finished the repair and now my wife has been using the dishwasher for the past week. I kept checking for leaks but so far so good. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros for your help. Pulled the unit out and took the left side panel off. I temporarily hooked drain, water and electric back to it, ran a test light to the water solenoid valve so I could see when it was on and started the unit on it's normal wash. Everything was fine till I got to the rinse, the water level switch had been pushed in by the diaphram and lever, but when the wash water pumped out, the switch didn't pop back out. It essentially told the solid state board that there was plenty of water in the unit... Read more
