This suspension damper stabilizes the tub/drum by absorbing movement and vibration during operation. Replacing a worn damper helps reduce shaking and noise, improving spin performance and overall machine stability. What it does:
E20 is a motor resistance error. This was my first ever dishwasher repair. I went pretty slowly. Assuming the problem was motor failure, I bought a motor and accessories. While taking apart the machine and removing the current motor, I flushed all the residual water from the motor and shook it quite a bit. While I never saw any particular “thing” that may have been jamming the impeller, I temporarily reconnected the power to the unit and start a rinse cycle. To my surprise, the motor... Read more
This holder/retainer secures its mating part in the correct position inside the appliance, preventing unwanted movement and ensuring consistent operation. Replace a cracked or missing holder to restore a solid, factory fit and reliable performance.
This cable harness routes power and signals between appliance control and components to restore reliable electrical connections. It replaces a damaged or worn harness to help eliminate intermittent operation and connectivity issues. What it does:
This insulating protection strip shields wiring and nearby components from heat and abrasion, helping maintain safe operation and prevent premature wear. It's a low-profile, heat-resistant sleeve used where wiring passes near hot appliance parts. What it does:

The Dishwasher Water Inlet Valve is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers that is responsible for controlling the flow of water into the dishwasher at the start of each wash cycle. The water inlet valve opens to allow water to enter the dishwasher and then closes to ensure the correct amount of water is used during the cycle.
Symptoms of a bad Dishwasher Water Inlet Valve include:
Causes of a bad water inlet valve can vary from mineral buildup from hard water, which can block the valve, to mechanical failure or wear and tear over time. Electrical issues can also affect the valve's operation, preventing it from opening or closing properly.
This OEM Bosch part can also be used on Thermador and Gaggenau appliances.
Leak was slow but becoming gradually worse. Pulled dishwasher out from under counter then visually inspected sump while it ran. As soon as the water got very hot, I could see the sump leaking where it meets the stainless pan. Searched for the correct sump gasket without success. Turns out that the gasket is built into the sump for this model. The built-in gasket is very narrow (under-engineered IMHO which is probably why it developed a leak). Thanks to Simon's excellent videos at... Read more

The Dishwasher Handle End Cap is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. This part provides a finishing touch to the dishwasher's door handle, covering the ends for a smooth, finished appearance. Over time, these end caps can become lost, damaged, or worn, affecting the overall look and use of the dishwasher.
Symptoms of a bad Dishwasher Handle End Cap include:
Causes of a bad handle end cap can range from accidental damage during cleaning or use, to natural wear and tear from repeated handling.
Removed Torx screws inside the dishwasher door, this causes the door panel to fall forward/down. Having a rug or something underneath to prevent scratches is useful. It's about 8 screws that need to come out, if I recall correctly they are all the ones with the torx head facing into the dishwasher when in the closed position. Then the panel comes off, exposing the bolts holding the handles, the cap comes off easily and replaces easily and reverse the process. Some of the screws are different... Read more
The Spray Arm Water Supply Tube is an OEM replacement part for Bosch dishwashers. This tube is responsible for directing water from the dishwasher’s pump to the spray arms, ensuring that dishes are thoroughly cleaned during the wash cycle. Per Bosch this part includes 10027073.
Over time, the spray arm water supply tube can become clogged with debris, develop cracks, or suffer from wear and tear due to regular use. Issues such as mineral buildup, damage from loading and unloading dishes, or general deterioration can affect its performance.
Symptoms of a bad spray arm water supply tube include:
This OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau, and some Kenmore models.
Replaced both the Spray Arm and the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube. Highly recommend replacing base plate whenever the Spray Arm Water Supply Tube is replaced. Plastic tabs on the base plate hold those parts together and are likely to break (as seen on Appliance Parts Pros installation video!!!). I sensed tab weakness so just transferred parts needed from the new tube to the old tube and reinstalled the original tube / base plate assembly rather than risk breaking those plastic tabs. I should... Read more
