Replaced both primary and secondary water valves to make sure I fixed the problem. Both valves have to open when you function the water dispenser and when the ice maker tray needs refilling. YouTube video was a great help and let me know that I had to lengthen one hose. The video showed me the exact parts I needed to lengthen the hose. The plastic on the strike ice door was broken which caused cam to slip. CAUTION: when I removed assembly, I also removed swith and cover.
