Had friend test relay board with multimeter. I ordered a replacement board from appliance pros. This restored all oven functions. Easy fix for a do it yourselfer... Just connecting all wires to new board in proper order then testing took 15 to 20 minutes. I also suggest pre-testing bake and broil elements, oven temp. probe, and oven thermostat as pointed out in troubleshooting guide before ordering new board. Read more

Be careful not to tighten or twist the small hex nut in the knob cylinder/housing with force. there is a very small plastic set tab that can be broken off easily. how do I know? The orientation of the switch "box" is horizontal instead of vertical. otherwise, this replacement part # works as expected. I couldn't get the switch to attach plate removed, and the switch removed, without removing the entire cooktop and removing the top glass burner cover. Not difficult, but time-consuming. Read more
