ApplicancePartsPros.com brings up a parts diagram when you put the refrigerator's model number in. It is a fast way to find a part if you don't know what its called or its stock number. I ordered a replacement part. It was simply a matter of unscrewing the broken part and screwing in the new part and moving the two rollers to the new part. Read more
The manufacturer no longer makes the duel socket as shown in the photo. It has been replaced by a single socket
