This push-button plug insulates and seals a control panel push-button, helping keep the button stable and protecting the switch from moisture and debris. Fits where a small plastic button bushing or insulator is needed on the control panel. What it does:

• Provides an insulating bushing for a control panel push-button or switch
• Helps hold the button aligned and reduces wobble or uneven operation
• Shields the switch contacts from moisture and dirt that can cause intermittent operation
• Commonly replaced when the button is loose, damaged, cracked, or missing

• Disconnect power to the appliance before removing the control panel or working near electrical components
• Remove the control panel or trim; use appropriate tools to avoid cracking surrounding plastic
• Install the plug gently; do not force or use excessive heat
