Power is going to the elements at all times and the control switches close to the ground side. removed the back panel to have access to the wiring of the element. Disconnect the two wires to the broil element and then opened the oven door and removed the screws holding the element in place. Ordered rollers for the rails and a new drawer with rollers. The drawer and its rollers came separately and not attached as shown in the picture. Once we got the rollers on the rails (had to remove rails from the stove in order to hammer the rollers for attaching) and the rollers on the drawer box we couldn't slide the drawer in past the rollers on the rails.
