This is a small clip used to secure the condenser tubing or coil in place on the back or underside of a refrigerator. It keeps the condenser components properly positioned for efficient heat dissipation. Replace this clip if it is broken or missing, which can allow condenser tubing to shift, vibrate, or contact other parts and cause rattling noises.
