This small metal fastener secures the roller assembly to the refrigerator's bottom panel, allowing smooth door movement. Located underneath the appliance, it needs replacement if the refrigerator rocks, tilts, or has difficulty rolling when moved.

I got the model number from inside the refrigerator and started researching as to who sold parts for this old refrigerator. AppliancePartsPros.com had the best price with parts and shipping. It came in just a few days. The handle was easy to replace by popping out the bottom cover, unscrewing one screw at the bottom and then unscrewing the top two screws. It took about 5 minutes to replace. Very easy. Very nice replacement part. Read more

This is a retainer component for your refrigerator door that holds parts in their proper position. First cleaned cooling fins at bottom. Plugged!! Cooled well but still got warm again. Tested defrost timer, boarder line good so replaced it. Still was getting warm. After doing a lot of web searching I found a tree chart which showed a trouble shooting method. After dropping down the list my symptom was freezer thermostat was bad. Got one from the Pros.com and the problem was solved. Wish that the drop down chart was on the pros.com website, it would have saved time and food. Read more
