The washer would not fill at all, with either hot or cold selected, but the agitator would start moving as if it were in fact full. Found that the Water Level (Pressure ) Switch's contact read open (infinite resistance) even with no water in the tub. Replaced it with the new switch and everything was golden once again. Good, quick repair, high quality part (physically identical to the original), fast shipping, excellent price. What's not to like? Read more

Includes 12 terminals.
I had to replace the 3 terminals and try to put them in the new terminal receptacle. I replaced the lid switch because I broke the old one trying to diagnose the problem. I found the helpful video on this site after I had already started. Read more
Ordered water inlet solinoid valve and water temperature probe sensor. Items arrived in a few days. Appliance Parts Pros on-line video was extremely helpful for replacing inlet valve. It only took 20 minutes. Recommend replacing temp. sensor probe while old valve is out before mounting new valve. Only 2 screws-Easy. Entire job took about an hour start to finish. Saved at least $150 doing it myself over repairman and saved $750 over replacing the washer. Happy wife, happy life! Read more

This timer has a single terminal block connection. On some models there is a double terminal block connection. For the double terminal block timer, order part# WH12X10370.
Took front panel off, added water to tub, then drained to see if pump or hoses were leaking. They were not but still saw water on floor but couldn't tell where it came from, so took top panel off and noticed corrosion on the metal mounting plate near inlet valve and sprayer head and sensor, soI bought those 3 parts, 45 mins later it was done with no leaks. $58 is a lot better than $450 for a new one! Saved myself $300 to $400 Read more
