Replacing the PCB main board did the trick! It's a trivial "monkey swap". The wiring harnesses are even uniquely keyed (different shapes/sizes) making reconnect errors nearly impossible. Accessing the board was easy: the top of the washer comes off with the removal of a few screws on the top rear of the machine and the PCB board is also top rear mounted. I researched the problem on the internet. Using the Samsung model number (WF448AAP/XAA) I was able to determine that the most common reason for this issues is the Assembly Pcb Sub panel is bad. The leak was caused due to what I assume was hard water build-up on the cover of the drawer assembly unit. I took off the top cover of the washer disconnected the hoses attached to the box and popped it out. I next took off the cover of the drawer and replaced it with the new one.
