Tilted washer backward, supported with jack stands, removed 2 screws holding toe panel. There's a 4" PVC cap, which is actually the drain filter, unscrewed it and removed 2 years worth of garbage. Installed a new seal on drain filter, installed new leveling feet and closed everything back up. works like new..... Read more
Appliance pro suggested a new control board. Was not cheap but a lot cheaper than buying a new washing machine. The rep said it would come with instructions how to install but it did not. I called back and they emailed me an excellent video with step by step instructions. I couldn't do it quite as fast as the pro in the video but it was pretty easy. This is the second time I have ordered a part from appliancepartspro and both times saved a lot of money. I wish I new about them a lot sooner. Read more
