Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling clicks and buzzes were heard every couple of minutes Chris P. • Houston , TX • May 03, 2014
Googled the symptoms and realized it was probably the Start Relay. To check, I unplugged the refrigerator, took off the back panel, and pulled the old start relay off. I shook it and it rattled, like something was broken inside. That was the sign that it did indeed need to be replaced. Looked up the part on www.appliancepartpros.com and found it. Ordered it and it was here two days later. Replaced the old one and the refrigerator started cooling again. Very easy fix that saved me calling a...

The door handles had yellowed with age Gloria K. • Kalaheo , HI • January 31, 2015
I am so happy! Watched the video in YouTube and how to replace my refrigerator door handles. I ordered the exact handles with the model # of my refrigerator, the handles came in about 4 days, all the way to Hawaii. It took me maybe 10 minutes to replace both handles. I have a 'new' refrigerator! Looks so good. I am a 65 year old woman who is pretty handy with a hammer and screwdriver but anyone could this. Thank you!!!!

Fan noise Richard W. • Plano , TX • May 29, 2017
Removed the back cover to access the fan area. Clean the area with brush and vac first. Unplugged the Refrigerator. Used a socket set with 1/4" socket. Had an extended and a standard socket. Removed the condensate plastic drain from the bottom of the refrigerator to have more access to the fan. Unplugged the fan motor. Removed the two screws holding the fan in place. Removed the fan unit from the condenser side of the bracket. Place new fan on the fan and installed exactly the way I removed the...
