This dual positioner assembly helps align and hold the control shaft/knob mechanism so selections register correctly and controls operate smoothly. It replaces a worn or broken positioner to restore reliable selector alignment. What it does:

• Secures and centers the control shaft/knob so detents register properly
• Prevents loose or wandering knobs and helps ensure accurate cycle selection
• Commonly replaced when knobs feel sloppy, skip positions, or controls don't stay set
• Works with the control panel mounting to stabilize selector movement

• Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any work
• Remove the control panel or console to access the positioner per your model's service instructions
• Handle plastic tabs and mounting points carefully to avoid breakage during removal/installation
• Test control function after reassembly to confirm correct alignment and operation
