My 20 year old Jenn-Air oven would not bake. I went to Appliance Parts Pro site for help after checking the heating element and sensor with my VOM and determining that they were both OK. Your consultant advised on some basic things to look at and, if they checked out OK, then the problem was probably a relay board.
