The AppliancePartsPro YouTube video was spot on. I had previously picked up the parts locally but I ran into trouble removing one of the bearing races because the bearing had completely failed. This prompted me to order the outer tub assembly from you. To my surprise when I received the part it had all the components (front and rear bearings and seal) included and pre-installed. There were suggestions to do a reset by unplugging the washer and holding the power button in for 5 seconds then to the same for the pause button. Then plug the washer up and washer should power up and run but this didn't work for my washer. So I looked at a few things like the fuse on the noise filter board. I also looked at the user display boards but didn't see any obvious problems, keep in mind these circuit boards are incased with epoxy and can't be trouble shot. I decided to try the main... Read more
