This oven door gasket creates a tight seal around the oven door to help keep heat, smoke and cooking odors inside the oven for more even baking and efficient operation. Replaces a worn, torn or flattened seal. What it does:

• Seals the gap between the oven door and frame to reduce heat loss and improve temperature consistency
• Helps prevent spills and food debris from entering the oven cavity and insulation
• Reduces oven cycling and energy waste caused by a damaged or compressed seal
• Common symptom: oven takes longer to reach or maintain temperature, or heat felt around the door

• Allow oven to fully cool and disconnect power before replacing the gasket
• Remove the old gasket carefully and press the new gasket into the door channel evenly around the perimeter
• Check that the gasket lies flat with no twists or gaps; do not over-stretch during installation
