The refrigerator top hinge shim is a thin spacer that fits between the top hinge and the refrigerator cabinet to fine-tune the alignment and level of the door. It helps ensure the door hangs evenly, seals properly, and closes without gaps. Replace or add this shim if the refrigerator door sags, doesn't close flush, or the door gasket isn't sealing evenly around the top of the door.

This is the actuator pad located on the exterior water or ice dispenser that you press with a glass to activate the dispenser. It includes an integrated blue light indicator and is white in color. Replace this pad if it is cracked, broken, sticking, or no longer properly triggering the dispenser when pressed.

The installation of the new condenser motor was as the video described; there were no surprises. I noted the difference in operation immediately, the fan was moving at a higher rate of speed in a smoother motion. The new motor had far less shaft end play and seems to move more air across the condenser coil than the original motor.
