One of the springs and one of the shocks broke on my washing machine. ordered both parts and repaired the washer. took the lower front plate off and top off. raised the drum to replace the spring and then pulled the pins out from the broken shock and also replaced the other shock so I wouldn't have to worry if that one breaks.
