Prior to ordering parts I had pulled the pump strainer basket and cleaned it out. There was both soft and hard scale build up. The tub-to-pump hose was also pretty crusty/slimey. Still got warnings for SUDS and repeated F02 errors. Ordered parts and replaced the pump, tub-to-pump hose, interior drain hose and exterior drain hose (both hoses has some slime build up). If your washer won't agitate or spin, the drive motor may have failed. This motor powers the drum movement for washing and spinning cycles.
The bearing on the motor was bad. I ordered a new motor and within a week it was fixed. This was probably a fraction of the price if I had to hire it done. It was very simple. This is a hose connector that attaches to the outlet or drain hose on the washer, ensuring a secure, leak-free connection for water flowing out of the machine. Replace this connector if you notice water leaking at the hose junction, if the connector is cracked or corroded, or if the hose keeps slipping off during the drain cycle.

Replacing water temperature sensor was very easy. The video showing how to do it was very helpful, except for the fact that in some models of this washer, including mine, the temperature sensor is in the rear of the washer, not the front as described in the video. Fortunately removing the front cover wasn't wasted effort since it's a good idea to clean the water trap from time to time. I'm always surprised at what I find in the trap. Read more
