Bought a used Monogram Professional stove. Apparently, when it was removed they didn't save the gas inlet fittings which had the regulator on it. Pretty straight forward install of the stove. It was also missing one of the gas burner covers. The ones I had feel like steel and a magnet does stick to them, but the replacement part is listed as "ceramic?" I was concerned when I ordered it, but sure enough it's the same as the others. Read more

I checked the transformer and did not get outlet voltage. The big problem was to release the cooktop cover. The central jet holder broke and was almost impossible to release the cover. In the process was necessary to damage the main tube, the long range nut with chamfer, and the nut. After that I ordered all the pieces to IPS parts because there were 30% cheaper than partspro.
