Thomas A Oswego , IL October 18, 2019 Appliance: Model LFX31925ST (06) Door seals were flattened and moisture was accumulating inside (energy save was off) The right door seal and the freezer door seal are easily removed and replaced. They just pull out of the slot. These 2 new gaskets push in easily. The left door has the French Door Mullion, that blocks the removal of the door gasket. There are two screws in the middle that holds it on, and there is a spring at the bottom of the mullion that keeps the mullion in place. The spring can easily be removed, or left in place. There is an electrical connector in the middle of the mullion. As suggested by "Gary160" on 10/07/2018, in a previous comment in a repair video, it helps to have another person hold the mullion when it is removed, and you will not need to disconnect the wiring connector. To remove the mullion, remove the two screws in the middle and raise it up to remove from the top and bottom hinges from the guide slots. The old gasket can now be removed, and the new one installed. To replace the mullion, you have to press towards the gasket to get both the top and bottom guide hinges to line up, and then slide down until the middle screw holes line up. Replace the 2 screws, and the spring if you removed it. (Easily removed and replaced with needle-nose pliers) You are done. Edward S West Jordan , UT July 10, 2019 Appliance: Model LFC25760SW (ASWCLGA) Door latch broken and poor seals I purchased both the left and right door gaskets to replace a broken left door latch and worn gasket on the top left. Since the new door gaskets came with the latch assembly, it was a no brainer to just get the whole door gasket assembly instead of just buying the latch. Since I was doing this, I went ahead and bought a new freezer door gasket. Total time was maybe 30 minutes! Stephanie L Yukon , OK May 12, 2018 Appliance: Model LFX25960SW (ASWCLGA) The gaskets on both sides of my french door refrigerator were tattered and torn. I ordered all three new gaskets from AppliancePartsPros.com. They came quickly, but one was damaged by FedEx (it had been folded in half). I called APP and they had one to my house the NEXT day! I watch the videos on-line then got out my screwdriver. Just like the video shows, it was a couple of pops and the gasket loose to pull out of the channel. Putting on the new one was just as easy as taking off the old one. All three gaskets were replaced in 20-25 minutes. You should know, I'm a 63-year old lady and part of the time to put the on gaskets included me rolling around on the floor to push the freezer door gasket into the channel. Not exactly the easy part...I mean getting up off the floor! Read More... 5 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
