How to Troubleshoot & Replace Lg AP6004319 / MDS38201426 Refrigerator Door Gasket

Replaced the freezer door gasket 

New gasket - quick and easy to install. 

Replaced the freezer door gasket. 

The new gasket seal fit perfectly, took me about10 minutes! 

Replaced the freezer door gasket with a new one. 

Pulled the old gasket out, then pushed the new gasket in with my fingers. 

Bought the new gasket at AppliancePartsPros.com, watched their video and one other more generic video. The other video could be enlarged, hint-hint APP.com, and it showed removing the old gasket and replacing it without removing the door. APP.com had you remove the door. After watching both videos several times I plunged in and 10 minutes later had the new gasket on. VERY simple! 

The old gasket was easily removed and new gasket was easy to install.
