The part arrived well packaged. The procedure to replace is: 1. Disconnect from power by unplugging unit. Remove cooktop from countertop, removing screws from the exhaust fan ducting first. 2. Remove 12 screws around periphery of old cooktop glass after removing from the countertop. 3.
