Easy fix, removed broken knob put new knob on. Quick service but almost didn't see package with knob inside it. Who ever dropped it off at my door either put it next to my propane tank along side of my house or the wind blew it there. I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old.
