Originally we tried some clear packing tape — we keep the refrigerator very clean and it was becoming ridiculous. So we ordered the parts from appliancepartspros.com. It takes a minute to review the expanded diagram to decide exactly which parts to order. Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off. One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. Had to order a new drawer. However, we then had to remove the front from the old drawer and put it on the new one. There were no instructions on how to do this, even on YouTube. We were afraid of breaking it, so it was a little scary to do. We ended up using a couple of table knifes to ease the part out. Instructions would have made this so much easier and more pleasant!
