After watching a video on how to replace this part, I was surprised at the amount of disassembley involved to replace the cover. The unit has to be moved out from under the counter about 10 inches to disconnect the door springs before removing the door. Next the hinges and the inner and outer panels have to be separated and then finally you have access to replace the trim panel.
