After making sure it was compatible, I ordered a new drawer. The front, clear panel (that has deli fresh written on it) was removable from the old drawer and fit nicely into the new one! Voila my problem was remedied! Probably the most difficult part was finding the model number placement on my fridge to make sure the pan was compatible before I ordered. After watching a video on how to replace this part, I was surprised at the amount of disassembley involved to replace the cover. The unit has to be moved out from under the counter about 10 inches to disconnect the door springs before removing the door. Next the hinges and the inner and outer panels have to be separated and then finally you have access to replace the trim panel. Clear upper vegetable crisper pan for your refrigerator. Replaces cracked, warped, or discolored bins. Stores produce securely in the crisper drawer.
Take the drawer out of the fridge and turn it upside down on a table. Four clear tabs across the bottom hold the white front in place. They must be pushed down AT THE SAME TIME to white front piece away from the broken clear drawer.
