The middle sprayer sheared off our GE Power 3 dishwasher, ruining the hub in the process. We removed the rack from the dishwasher to make it easier to access the sprayer hub, otherwise it's awkward. I then took the back panel off which gave me access to both back shocks and the other front shock. A simple twist and they were done. The longest part of the job was taking the back panel off.
