Wear and tear and a missing screw.

The repair kit fixes the problem, second time I needed this kit in 25+ years of ownership. EASY and fast repair! You could hear the motor spin rapidly but the tumbler would not spin. While its apart took time to thoroughly clean everything and lubricate the motor a little.
