With a little bit of upward pressure and light tapping I removed the broken shelf and replaced it with the new one. The best part is I ordered the part on Monday March 30th at 1:15 pm and when I came home on Tuesday the 31st At 3:00 pm the part was on my front porch. UNBELIEVABLE, GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!!
