This insulated terminal fork protects and isolates a #6 stud electrical connection, letting you attach 22–18 AWG wire while reducing the risk of shorts and arcing. Ideal when replacing a worn or damaged fork-style terminal insulator to help maintain a safe, reliable connection. What it does:

  • Provides insulation around a fork-style terminal to prevent accidental contact and short circuits
  • Fits a #6 stud and accepts 22–18 AWG wire sizes for secure crimped connections
  • Helps reduce arcing and corrosion at the terminal area under normal operating conditions
  • Restores proper spacing and mechanical support for fork-type ring connections
What's included: One terminal fork insulator Install notes:
  • Disconnect power before servicing electrical terminals to avoid shock or damage
  • Use the correct crimping tool and verify wire stripped length is appropriate for a 22–18 AWG crimp
