Description

This kit includes replacement brake pads for the washer's braking system, which stops the spin basket at the end of the spin cycle. The brake pads press against the spin tube or drum shaft to bring the tub to a controlled stop. Replace this kit if the washer takes too long to stop spinning, makes squealing or grinding noises during the braking phase, or if the tub continues to spin freely after the cycle ends.
