I'm starting with a quick background on my dryer. About 18 months ago the belt on the dryer started slipping and squealing. The delivery of the element was superfast, less than 24 hrs. Unplug the Stove from the receptical! Took a phippips screwdriver and took out the 2 screws holding it, and tilted it upwards a bit and pulled the element out about 3 inches an unhooked the wires.
