Richard E Vernal , UT March 12, 2014 Oven gas valve was shot on our Viking. Only lighting one oven burner. I knew it was the oven gas valve, because I replaced both igniters with fresh ones and only one igniter would glow. So I ordered up a new gas valve, it shipped quickly and arrived on time. It only took me a few minutes to remove the old one and install the new one. This made all of the bakers in the house happy again. Thanks much for the prompt shipping and getting me the right parts! Vi C Laguna Niguel , CA May 30, 2015 Left side igniter in viking oven does not glow I have a often-used 10-year old Viking 48" range. Over the years I've had to change igniters in the large oven 3 times but this time only the right-side igniter glows even though both igniters are freshly installed. Browsing around on the internet yielded very few instances of DIY repair of something other than the igniters. The speed of delivery was astonishing; I ordered on Tuesday around noon and it arrived on Thursday! That's excellent service! I worked slowly and methodically and it took me about 3 hours to replace that valve. The hardest part was loosening and tightening of the gas lines because of the tight space.
