Robert S Ridgefield , CT October 13, 2015 Appliance: Model VGSC366 Viking range broken oven door hinge defective door latch Replacement of the door latch is a bit complex. Remove the range tops and pans. Remove the crumb tray. Remove the center front burner by removing the screw holding it to the center support. Do not disconnect the wires. Remove the 6 screws holding the center plate to the oven top. Remove the two screws securing the timer. Disconnect the white/red wire going to the round clixon thermostat.Rremove the timer assemble with the wires attached. Disconnect the wires one by one attaching them to the new assembly as you go. Secure the assemble, re-attach the white/red wire and re-assemble by reversing the dis-assembly procedure.
