When the stove still did not work he suggested that the relay might be bad. We called Viking and a technician identified the part we needed. We ordered this part online from AppliancePartsPros.com. and received the correct part within 3 days. Installation was a simple matter of reattaching the wires to the relay and placing the relay back in its cubbyhole. All Good!
