Gary Z Redwood City , CA November 13, 2015 Appliance: Model MODEL NUMBER FOUND ON INSIDE WALL OF WASHER Dishwasher not washing due to failed circulation pump Washer would fill, controller made some clicking noises but no washing, then it would empty. Hoped it was circulation pump & not control board so figured I'd roll the dice & order pump assembly. Part arrived 4 days later, installed it in 30 minutes & it worked like a charm! Kelly T Austin , TX September 19, 2022 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher WDT750SAHZ0 Water leaking from bottom of dishwasher door. After lots of research found out the spray arm could be the problem. This is a 5 year old unit, all the experts recommended replacing either the door seal, the bottom door seal and or the spray arm, based on the issue described. Low and behold the replacing of the spray arm fixed the issue. I did not have to mess with replacing the other two parts. So far so good. Thanks for the help and quick shipment of the part. Its a very easy install requires no tools. Read More... 8 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
Daniel A Wayne , NJ May 30, 2018 Appliance: Whirlpool Dishwasher WDT920SADM0 Missing access panel for dishwasher Had my kitchen renovated and my contractor lost the access panel for my Whirlpool dishwasher so I had to find a replacement. Found what I was looking for at AppliancePartsPros.com, chatted with a sales customer service rep to make sure it was the correct part. Ordered it, paid for standard shipping, which said 2-3 days, it arrived at my house the next day! The part was also a genuine Whirlpool replacement part, not a generic part that "should" fit, needless to say, it fit perfectly and installed in seconds. Couldn't be happier with the Read More... 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
Theodore G Watertown , CT December 19, 2018 I was missing the kick plate I bought a floor model dishwasher because my dishwasher was beyond repair and I needed a dishwasher now. Anyway because it was a floor model I got a deep discount but it did not come with a kick plate. I ordered an Access Panel, retainer, and an undercounter Bracket. The Access panel fit fine after a little adjusting of the mounts on the dishwasher, but the Retainer came in a pack of one so I hit the auto parts store and got some trim clips and that did the trick. The undercounter bracket was an easy install, the dishwasher only came with one so I only needed one and it also came in a one pack. My only complaint is that the overpriced retainer should say that it is a one pack. Gerould K Highlands Ranch , CO July 23, 2017 Appliance: KitchenAid Undercounter Dishwasher KUDE40FXSS4 Leak through diverter motor shaft Replaced sump and diverter motor. There were several issues with the replacement parts: The sump came with two clamps to attach the pump to the sump. The smaller of the two clamps was too large and would not tighten around the hose. The larger of the two clamps was too small and would not fit around its hose. I had to find replacements at the local hardware store. The diverter motor came with a small instruction sheet telling me to use the enclosed grease on the shaft of the motor. There was no grease. It also came with a wire pigtail with two fuses but no instructions for its use. Whirlpool needs to do a better job of quality control! Read More...
