Description

This mechanical cycle timer controls wash/dry sequencing so the appliance runs through its selected cycles. Replaces a failed timer to restore timed cycle advancement and user-selected program control. What it does:

• Advances the appliance through cycle steps (fill, agitate, rinse, spin or heat, tumble, cool) based on the selected program
• Replaces a timer that doesn't advance, is stuck between cycles, or has intermittent operation
• Restores knob/selector-controlled timing and cycle progression when electronic controls are not used
• Works as the user-operated timing mechanism that signals motors, valves, and heaters as cycles change
